Quinta De La Rosa

A pioneering family-owned winery on the north bank of the Douro, just 2km from Pinhão. Vineyards rise dramatically from the river to 400m altitude across 11 microclimates.

Run by Sophia Bergqvist with winemaker Jorge Moreira since 2002. The Bergqvist family has tended this land for over a century, preserving traditions and respect for the Douro terroir.

Known for elegant wines that balance rich fruit with remarkable freshness and minerality. All grapes are Category A — the highest quality classification in the Douro region.
